Topic: Lack Of Schools/Education In Sichuan
Period: A1 Organization and Action Plan Brainstorm Part One: Developing Your Action Plan
Your action plan should include the following:
1. The name of your organization
Save Sichuan Schools (SSS)
2. Your specific topic
Our topic is to help children in Sichuan receive an education.
3. The purpose- Why are you doing this action?
4. The message- Why should people be informed about this issue?
We think that people should be informed about this issue because, many people around the world have not seen Sichuan the same way we have. more than 2000 teachers and students have died from being buried under the fallen schools. a total of up to 7000 schools in Sichuan have collapsed, and now children have no schools to go to. To not receive good education may not seem so bad, but will take away ones opportunities. So we think that everyone can have the same chances and opportunities as others.
5. A goal- make sure this is a project that can be done and hopefully continued
Our goal is raise about 3000 RMB in donations to help build a school in Sichuan.
6. A short-term plan for achieving your goal (keep it simple and don’t be too ambitious- again make sure you CAN actually do this)
Our short term plan is to raise some money, and spread awareness to as many people as possible, through brochures and
7. A long-term plan for achieving your goal
we are thinking of fund raising money, then donating to charity. some ways our group has decided to raise money would be going around to people of a wealthier class, asking for donation.

Some things we would need for this action plan is money, so that we can support the children without education in sichuan. we would also need to talk with people about our issue useing pictures and brochures to persuade them to help.
9. Division of responsibilities- who will do what?
